Аннотация

Рынок градостроительного проектирования стремительно меняется и усложняется, и государственные организации вынуждены выходить на конкурентные рынки с коммерческими заказчиками, не обладая опытом конкурентной борьбы и имея лишь относительное понимание изменяющейся картины рынка и ценностей его стейкхолдеров (которые также стремительно меняются). Текущая ситуация обусловливает необходимость изучать ценности потенциальных заказчиков и других стейкхолдеров рынка градостроительного проектирования, напрямую влияющих на деятельность проектировщика. Данная статья — попытка обозначить исследовательские области и осветить основные подходы анализа, связанные с созданием ценности на рынке градостроительного проектирования, для чего применен метод библиометрического картирования с кластеризацией по методу совместной упоминаемости ключевых слов. Выявлены четыре кластера исследований и 13 наиболее актуальных тем, по каждой из которых приведен систематический обзор. Результаты исследования позволят заложить концептуальную основу для дальнейшего развития темы с учетом российской специфики, а компаниям-проектировщикам — усовершенствовать институциональную структуру, обеспечить эффективное функционирование и понять свою роль в совместном создании ценности на рынке градостроительного проектирования.
